I enjoyed the course even though it touched on difficult subjects that I struggled with from time to time but was able to share my experiences as it felt a safe and open environment. Amazed that we got to keep so many resources as in the books etc. If I had one critic it would be the print outs, there was too much paper that wasn't going to much use.

Good course. Sometimes discussion between participants could have been curtailed a bit.

The presenters had good subject knowledge. It was sometimes tricky to hear due to background noise in venue. Look forward to working alongside the service in future.
