Enjoyable but think 4 half days would be better than 2 full days

Very interesting course, and very well delivered. The breadth of infortmation and skills is excellent. I would suggest however that the course could have a little more deliniation between the practical application at work, and the apllication of skills in the everyday (similar to the physiological Emergency First Aid At Work). I felt like we were discovering this as we went along and, as we were there as employees, we regularly found oursleves discussing what was and wasn't applicable and how we might apply the learnings to particular work contexts. I do not wish this to diminish how valuable i found the course, and how well it was conveyed.
