Louise was friendly and approachable and open to any questions that was needed to be answered I found the course informative and enjoyable to interact with other colleagues within Pobl. i will take this away with me and put it into action if ever needed.

Louise has an excellent knowledge about the subject and the pace was suitable. I now feel very confident to support individual with Mental Health First Aid.

The course was excellent, the content was easy to understand as I don't have an extensive knowledge of Mental health. Steve was great with his presentation, knowledge and examples. The course progressed at a perfect timing so we were not rushed or felt information was crambed in. In conclusion, excellent course delivered by a brilliant trainer. Well done Steve, thank you for your time.
