Mandy was very knowledgeable and delivered the content well. There was a lot of information to digest and Mandy knew when to take a break to keep everyone engaged. Thank you.

Jordan is by far the best instructor we have had for any external training! He is engaging and made quite difficult topics easier to digest and involve in. My comments from the team completing this course have also shown how good Jordan was. He is an asset to this course

Jordan was a brilliant coach, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable with asking questions. He was super knowledgeable and made difficult topics easier to digest! The tasks and topics kept me engaged, and would be recommending Jordan and the course! 10/10!

This was a really great course, really well explained, and I felt safe asking questions and discussing deep / hard topics. I'm definitely feeling more comfortable and equipped now, and honestly don't have anything negative to say. Jordan is an absolute credit to Cardiff Mind, and he developed a great relationship with us, keeping the energy up all the way. Thanks very much!

Really good and engaging course. Has left me feeling a lot more confident over all to support who is in need of mental health first aid using ALGEE.

It was at times a challenging course for me personally but I am glad I stuck with it. Sam was a good and empathetic trainer.

This course has given me more confidence in recognising Mental Health symptoms and how to react calmly in a situation. Previously, I would have been quite nervous about helping somebody through fear of saying the wrong things. It was also important to me in recognising personal issues with anxiety. I now feel that I can be more empathetic to somebody who has more extreme symptoms of anxiety.
