Brilliant course my team and myself definitely enjoyed and got a lot from this
Learned a lot of new things but also helped me learn and fully understand the knowledge I already knew and give me complete confirmation. It helped the trainer Bethan was lovely and got everyone involved and didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable
The Miriam was in session 1 and the voice exercise in2- they were very affective as part of the course thank you very much
Absolutely amazing training. The best training I've been on for a long time. The course facilitator was so interesting and engaging. The group were fab so brave sharing petsonal stories and cases. Highly recommend this course.

Louise is a fantastic teacher. It is clear that she is very skilled both as a facilitator, and in her role on the ground as a manager for Pobl. The empathy, understanding, and techniques she demonstrated really set her apart from people who don't have the knowledge/experience that she has. Every pobl support worker should be made to do this course.

Louise was a very competent tutor and made the 2 day course interesting and educational, a good balance of light moments and not deviating from the seriousness of the subject matter was struck. I feel I am now well informed about ALGEE. Thanks
