Claire and Dawn were both amazing. Claire stayed calm during tough topics and when members of the team got upset. Claire also regularly checked in with us to make sure that we all felt ok. Claire was really natural and kept us all concentrated (until the last 5mins) Thank you so much.
I feel the course content and how it was delivered was exceptional. I felt that it was I depth enough to educate but not overwhelm and although some of the discussions and topics were ones of a very sensitive nature the environment created by the tutor was one of safety, a place where all those involved felt comfortable to share. Thank you to both the course creators and the tutors that delivered it.
