Belinda did a fantastic job at introducing the topic of mental health & illness and establishing a comfortable learning environment for myself and the other course participants. The 2 day MHFA was really good and I've learnt a lot as a result of attending such a course. The delivery by both Steve and David was excellent and really informative and was delivered in such a way that you were able to understand difficult topics in more detail.
