Very interesting course. Fabulous workbook and guide

Lots of good advice and a clear action plan to follow. Resources are really helpful

Slight distraction at course start due to rooms, numbers etc.

Really enjoyed the course and feel able now to approach a colleague who looks in distress/trouble. Don't think I would have been able to do this before and would never have asked someone if they were contemplating suicide but think I could now. Thanks Andrew 👍
