I attended this course 4 1/2 years ago but found it beneficial to attend again as a refresher because the content is so relevant in my student facing role. Although the material covered can be heavy, the course was very enjoyable and the delivery was clear and informative.

Amazing course so glad I volunteered to be our MHFA in work. Donna is a fantastic trainer and has everyone engaged and comfortable talking throughout the two days. Venue so easy to get to and greet to be able to come in and out of the building with the lanyards. Thanks

This course really opened my eyes, I didn't realise how little I actually knew about anxiety/depression/psychosis until this course with Steve. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to learn as much about mental health as I can in order to be able to help others. 10/10 would recommend.
