I'm really pleased I've completed the course. It was exactly what I was looking for. I feel far more equipped to help others in situations relevant to the course, in my community, with friends, family and work colleagues. A really thought- provoking course led by a fantastic trainer. The environment was made to feel safe to conduct some challenging discussions. Lisa was extremely approachable and was able to support discussions expertly and answer any and all questions raised. I would absolutely recommend the course to anyone; it is accessible to all, not just those with a background or experience in mental health services. Thank you!

The use of language within the workbooks could be clearer ie the questions at the beginning.
