I found the training to exceed my expectations. Nicky was so thorough in her approach to training and the whole group was totally engaged. The way nobody was expected to join in the difficult exercises and there was space to leave at any point was so so important. I will be recommending this course to as many people as I possibly can.
I feel the course will greatly enhance my job as a support advisor

Very informative and relaxed. Jane was a very good trainer who made the training very relatable.
Course was excellently run by Steve and even those of us who have had this training previously still learned new things. The venue, however, was ill-equiped for the needs of the tutor as there was no wifi or any signal of significance.
