Fantastic course, very insightful and a great overview of the issues that people can be suffering from. Additionally, very useful to know the differences between certain things, such as mental illness and mental health.

Steve presented the training material in an effective way for me to learn it, by giving examples based on previous experiences and with facts and figures, the videos were also informative and very relevant to the different topics...the practical exercises were inclusive and interactive.. Steve always took the time to check understanding by asking questions and answered our questions with confidence comes across as approachable. I would recommend that anyone who manages people to attend and also is very beneficial for all groups and backgrounds for self awareness. Thanks Steve and team 👍

Such a worthwhile course to attend, I really liked the delivery of the training from Steve, specifically the style, pace, and variation of presenting. It gave me confidence for how I would instinctively approach a situation and the questions I would ask and formalised this in some cases. This course has given me skills that I will use lifelong if needed. Invaluable. Thank you Steve, it was a pleasure to meet and spend time with you.
