Bethan was fantastic. To say this course is quite deep and dark, Bethan was really good at making the 2 days light and fun. I felt very comfortable and was able to open up to Bethan and my other co workers about taboo subjects without any judgement and learnt a lot of valuable information. As someone who struggles with mental health it also gave me comfort knowing i wasn’t alone . A really good course, well presented and learnt a lot! Thank you

I thoroughly benefited from learning the content in the course, however I did feel the course was quite short and would like to learn more. I will do my own research to find further training to improve my confidence and knowledge on mental health first aid further.

A very thorough and informative course run by a knowledgeable, kind and well-spoken instructor.

Not a reflection on the trainer however some of the exercises didn’t really tell the story of the scenario you had to use some poetic licence
