This is an excellent course delivered by two passionate and knowledgeable trainers who are very engaging. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is keen to support others around their mental health and wellbeing. Thank you both.
The course was brilliant. I definitely came away equipped with the skills to administer MH First aid with confidence. Jordan is an excellent trainer. The topics covered can be quite heavy but Jordan delivered this in a way that was really engaging and allowed for some laughs to lighten the atmosphere. I would recommend this course to everyone and would definitely like to complete other courses delivered by Jordan.
The meeting room was very warm, but electric fans help to cool us down on the hot days. Suggestion an air vent through the brickwork wall could be installed to allow air flow through into the room internal space , while the doors are closed for confidentiality reasons.
Jordan was amazing. I learned a lot and I would love to do a refresher course when I need too. Jordan was very informative and made it fun especially talking about some serious topics Jordan is the best

Brilliant course and Jordan is a joy. The course was made interesting and accessible to all levels of (previous) knowledge. The subject matter is heavy but Jordan made it easy to digest and understand without lessoning the impact of the learning.
