Very enjoyable training and Tony was very easy to listen to and knowledgeable.

Tony was brilliant and gave a great depth of description and managed the group extremely well. A very understanding and lovely man. He made the experience enjoyable and really took the time to get to know people on the course.

The course was very well delivered by Emma, Ellie and Olivia. They brought a sense of humour at times to an obviously challenging topic. I found their delivery was engaging throughout. Some of the content on slides was rather repetitive. They clearly recognised this and used professional experience to provide further details. The discussions and in session tasks were well facilitated. I felt I learned a great deal of useful information that can be applied in society in addition to USW.

I enjoyed the course and found it really useful, and left feeling that I had learned a lot. I am far more confident in managing this type of situation now than I would have been previously.
