Dave was a great trainer, the content was quite deep at times however Dave checked in with us throughout the day and was very re-assuring! I left the course feeling very confident and understand my role a a MHFA. I would highly recommend this course to others, Dave is a credit to St Johns :)

Dave was amazing. I didn't expect so much open conversation about people's personal experiences with mental ill health. However, I think it really added to the session and made it realistic. I had an amazing time and it has really changed my mindset for the better. I look forward to helping people with everything I have learned.
Mandy was an excellent trainer who presented all the materials in a matter of fact and informative way. She showed the process of ALGEE in a number of scenarios and talked through them which made me feel far more confident in approaching these important conversations during times of need. I'd recommend her to anyone who is looking to undertake MHFA and myself am looking to invite Mandy back to Orchard to do more training with the staff. Thank you so much!
