The instructor surpassed all expectations, we were a tough group to manage with strong views, opinions and from a high performance sport world. He was exceptional in dealing with and delivering to our group, I would go as far to say the most beneficial days we have had as a group in the last 2 years.

Dave is a brilliant instructor, opening up about his personal experiences really brought the group together and gave everyone the confidence to open up and share honest thoughts and feelings. While the course covered very difficult topics, Dave's openness and humour helped to navigate these topics and gave the group the skills that they needed to feel empowered to go out and help people where we can. An excellent course, which I would recommend that more people take part in.

Some more role play type exercises would be beneficial. Good that we spoke about some real life experiences of people on the course
