Really informative course. I am glad that I attended it. I work mostly from home and speak over the phone with clients. I need to go over the procedures with my line manager. Thank you Louise

I really enjoyed this training. I found it really helped me to understand the different mental health issues and how I may be able to support someone before they deteriorate further. The course has given me the confidence to ask straight up if someone is thinking of committing suicide and the exercises helped to understand how someone may be feeling. The voices exercise was really good in explaining how someone who has this condition has to live

Response: Hi Donna, We are so pleased that the course has given you the confidence to be able to support someone who may be experiencing mental distress. We know that recognising someone may need support and approaching them in a way that is non-judgmental and supportive gives that person the confidence to open and and access support.

I really enjoyed the course and now feel more prepared and confident to deal with mental health emergencies. Louise was friendly and helpful throughout the course.
