Hannah was a brilliant instructor. Although the contents of the course is heavy, Hannah created a safe, secure and friendly environment throughout. It was very interactive and I found that the tasks kept us all involved and helped us exercise what we have learnt. Hannah enabled great discussions and gave us great examples throughout. The course was clear, concise and impactful.

A good Course, I have some experience of dealing with various mental health issues but needed reassurance that my approach was OK, the course gave me this. The ALGEE method does not really work for me as it stands is not particularly helpful - just way too general to be particularly instructional or helpful - it is what I would do anyway and ALGEE wouldn't help me in a live situation. The resource book is great and will really help me as a reference for the future, The workbook is also good and the exercises produced a lot of really helpful discussions.

Overall, the course more than met my needs. I now feel better prepared to be the interim person until the more experienced professional came during crisis and to be an intermediate assister when a person is feeling down/low. I believe that the course material stats could have been updated slightly to provide a better understanding of the current situation. However, I would recommend this course to anybody looking to gain further information and development on Mental Health.

Sarah was warm friendly and approachable. She delivered the course in a manner that was sensitive to participants needs. Much better than previous mh training I undertook in Carmarthenshire. Thank you!

Sarah was an absolutely brilliant teacher. She is very knowledgeable about mental health and provided a safe space for learning opportunities and sensitive discussions. At one point, a group member became tearful and Sarah stopped the session to comfort and reassure her. I would be very keen to attend another of Sarah's courses!
