Thank you for the course and there time, I not only feel better about supporting metal health but the sessions were done in such a way everyone was comfortable in bring up points and sharing stories. I think that is a massive challenge to do with the size of the 'class' and a very impressive from both instructors

Overall it was very enlightening to the different terms and how to handle the situations. My feeling would be that I would like to spend longer than the 2 days doing the course and going over the content from the books.
