I think changing the groups was not necessary all the time (for the exercises). Apart from it very informative and, thankfully, not boring. Very interesting part with the paintings.

A challenging couple of days. The sensitive topics were handled at the right level ensuring that discussion took place on many issues which people may ordinarily have been uncomfortable discussing. The size of the group and interaction assisted in ensuring this happened. Would recommend to colleagues.
