Really good course, every neighbourhood housing manager should attend, it has given me a far better idea around mental health, I thought I had really good knowledge but this course gave me a whole new in-site to this aspect of the job The resources were excellent and well produced . The course was well paced and the instructor was very well versed, I feel that I am now re-armed to think about mental health in our customers with a new point of view. it also highlights the importance of you own mental health. .
Excellent course, lots of very useful and important information for when working with students (and colleagues). Would recommend that all USW staff have iopportunity to attend.
