Cheryl is very easy and interesting to listen to. I like that she shared her knowledge in the field of mental health which was very interesting. She added some really useful examples and gave some really good tips and advice on the subject. She is easy to talk to and very approachable. I cannot fault any part of the course over the last two days. I came away feeling well equipped to deal with all issues that were discussed in the training. Just leaves me to say thank you for a very informative and enjoyable course.

Great course. From an Airbus perspective - Can The Alcohol/ Drug A.L.G.E.E. conflict with existing company policies on this topic.

It was an excellent course that should be offered widely not just to Mental Health First Aiders. The course material was a good resource and Tony was a very good facilitator. He was very knowledgeable and was able to draw on his real life experience. The examples we worked through putting the ALGEE structure into practice was very helpful

Fantastic course! As I'm dyslexic it would be better if the slides were on a lightly coloured background rather than black on white many thanks
