I feel better equipped to deal with issues regarding mental health. I was somewhat expecting some "magic" solutions that would solve all the issues, but it became clear most of the training is basic common sense. I liked the course but the massively wide scope of all the different mental health issues and the ability to spot these i feel is somewhat a minefield and a 2 day training course will struggle to address all of this.

One of the best courses I have attended. Vanessa presented the facts very well, she listens to the group and conducted the course at a nice pace. Very thought provoking. I have learnt/taken a lot from this course.
