Excellent course, and although I have qualifications and experience with working with people with mental health problems, this was extremely valuable CPD and very informative. Instructor had a very calm tone and was very knowledgeable. Thank you, I would recommend this course to anyone.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the training and have gained so much more knowledge and confidence in helping somebody with a mental health crisis. I have been a health visitor for the last 10 years and this is the first specific training i have received on mental health first aid and i feel that it will be essential in my everyday practice. Thank you.

Found the videos helpful in understanding. Enjoyed the hearing voices exercise as i think it really put you in the persons shoes. Confirmed the need to ask the direct question regarding suicide. The ALGEE model helps with covering everything needed to do.
