Great course, very clear layout & very informative. The exercises were a great part as they kept you engaged as some of this info is quite hard hitting.

Course was helpful, would've liked to practise talking scenarios in person more. Was more reading/writing and listening than practising ourself how to speak to someone in a crisis.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse I attended the course alongside refinery employees to gain a further understanding of what our company was offering in regards to training with Mental Health- I was so pleased that I came away with further knowledge in my own field. Steve was excellent. He really had the right balance of practical activity, discussion and reflection- for a 2 day course, I can confidently say I never yawned once! He kept us engaged, was really interesting and his calmness and knowledge really was great. Thank you so much for providing the best course experience Steve!
