Louise has been an absolute pleasure to spend the past 2 days with. I especially wanted to learn more about specific subjects, and the course covered them. Absolutely brilliant training. Louise presented the course outstandingly good. I wood recommend this course to everyone. Plenty of content and Louise was very knowledgeable, if questions needed to be answered.

I really enjoyed this training. I found it really helped me to understand the different mental health issues and how I may be able to support someone before they deteriorate further. The course has given me the confidence to ask straight up if someone is thinking of committing suicide and the exercises helped to understand how someone may be feeling. The voices exercise was really good in explaining how someone who has this condition has to liveResponse : Hi Donna, We are so pleased that the course has given you the confidence to be able to support someone who may be experiencing mental distress. We know that recognising someone may need support and approaching them in a way that is non-judgmental and supportive gives that person the confidence to open and and access support.
