Very relevant course to my job role. Feel more confident with mental health generally going forward.
Sarah was amazing. Informative, energetic. She kept my interest across the 2 days. I feel so much more informed and confident to be able to give advice or help. Great new knowledge to add to my brain. Thank you Sarah for one of the best courses I’ve done in ages. Trudi Canham
Sarah was a fantastic facilitator, very experienced, knowledgeable & made us feel safe to share our stories. Great group of people on the course too which helped to share vulnerable experiences & have discussions in a safe environment.
lovely trainer , kept everyone interested throughout the day and very knowledgeable great course
Very informative and useful course, highly recommend. All staff working within education should be MHFA.
I felt the pace of the course was good, having a combination of “telling” sessions by powerpoint with numerous delegate participation in a variety of break-out activities. The content was interesting and informative. It was also effective in achieving the primary objective in equipping me to confidently support someone in need. One of the presenters was clearly knowledgeable and was able add quite some detail and insight when asked more probing questions.
An excellent course really enjoyed it and it has updated my knowledge as my background was mental health
A thoroughly enjoyable course that has met my expectations and interest in this important area of life.
It was an interesting course. There was a lot of discussion, I'd have liked to have done a deeper dive on the effects of abuse / depressing / drugs etc. on the physiological side. Caroline led the sessions with confidence and encouraged interaction.
Excellently delivered by Tony and very enjoyable course too
