I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The instructors were brilliant, delivering the course knowledgably and with great standards. As a nurse and having a higher possibility of coming into contact with mental health problems, this was a great opportunity. I really enjoyed the open discussions and practical activities. As mental health care is a challenge here, this is a step towards making a positive change and this course motivated us all to be apart of this change. Overall this course was definitely fit for purpose.

The course was very knowledgeable and help me feel more comfortable in conversing with people about the subjects. The trainer help me understand the issues of today and how I can use the information to help individuals.

Louise was very knowledgeable and made the course subject factual but light hearted

Louise has been an absolute pleasure to spend the past 2 days with. I especially wanted to learn more about specific subjects, and the course covered them. Absolutely brilliant training. Louise presented the course outstandingly good. I wood recommend this course to everyone. Plenty of content and Louise was very knowledgeable, if questions needed to be answered.

Really usefull course especially the phycosis section

Really informative course. I am glad that I attended it. I work mostly from home and speak over the phone with clients. I need to go over the procedures with my line manager. Thank you Louise
