More awareness of mental health and all aspects of mental health and what affects it. I would feel more confident now in addressing someone with mental health issues on various scales

Great course, Jacqui was brilliant. I found the course was delivered in such a way that everyone felt the could engage with the content. I now feel a lot more confident about mental health and my ability to assist in mental health issues that might arise with friends, colleagues or family members. Jacqui encouraged debate, independent thinking and conveyed her vast experience and knowledge articulately.

Very informative course with plenty of practical elements to participate with that generated good discussion. I am keen to take what I have learnt back to my works area and implement it within my role. I would definitely recommend this course to others as I believe it’s important for all to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of mental health and associated topics.
