Excellent 2 day course, with very good group interaction. Helen Lewis delivered the course so well, as well been able to speak from direct experience relating to some of the subjects covered. Some of the subjects were quite deep and emotional, however it was delivered so well by Helen, thank you.

Training was presented very well, the facilitator Louise was very informative and made the training enjoyable. I feel I have a much greater understanding of MHFA , I and feel more confident and using the practices in my daily work life
