David is an excellent teacher for the course and clearly has much experience in this field. He gave lots of real life examples that helped you fully understand how people react differently in difficult situations.. This face to face training, together with the workbooks that were easy to navigate and very informative, has given me extra confidence in how to handle and what to say to people who are experiencing Mental Health issues. Thank you.

The course was very good and Steve the trainer was excellent. The practical sessions were really informative and helped in the understanding of the topics being taught. I now feel much more equipped to be able to talk and help people who need mental first aid.
