Excellent content . Very easy to listen to

Clive was a really good facilitator. He was intresting and knew what he was talking about. The course content was good I found the videos intresting and gave a really good insight to peoples feelings and emotions.

Very good and informative, a shame it is virtual and not face to face. Enjoyed learning new information and guidance.

Good mix of participants who all shared thoughtful and interesting experiences. Role play would be a useful addition to the course in future.

Gabby is an excellent instructor, she used her skills to relate to all who participated in a friendly and approachable manner.

I found the course very good but think there should have been more emphasis on mental well being of the first aider, especially after an event. Not a whole course but steps to take as in debriefing etc.

An excellent course. well delivered and very interesting.
