learning on line was quite a challenge I like to be able to listen but the fact I am able to go back into the course will help as i would like to revisit it again the videos were very good and really will support

Even though the course was via zoom, I think that it would have been more beneficial to have longer webinar sessions for group discussion.

An excellent programme covering various mental health concenrs we lmight see. As a result i feel i am better placed to notice the signs and deal with a colleague friends or family member with mental health concerns.
