Really enjoyed the course, it made me much more aware of the signs to look out for to understand if someone is struggling, and how best to approach them and offer help. I am now much more aware of the sort of terminology to use when assisting, and of all the various support and help out there for people.

This course definitely opened my eyes to mental health, and i know feel more equipped to deal with mental health problems in the future
