Highly informative course. Only one comment I can make is that the training page occasionally froze. This may have been an internet issue my end, but possibly worth a quick check.

Really good course, gives you a good base and discussions help you think of other scenarios you might encounter and how you might deal with them.

I have enjoyed the course very much, it has made me realise how little I knew about mental health strategies. I feel better equipped to be the first port of call in a crisis, and I am glad I have had the opportunity to do this course.

Very good course. The webinars and discussion groups were helpful. The videos were well chosen. I found I learnt more from the videos than the handbook, because the impact of the videos was greater.
