I feel better equipped to support myself and the people around me. The course has given me confidence and increased my knowledge to enable me to provide support within the MHFA remit.
Layla made the course enjoyable and welcoming. The material was engaging and insightful. I feel totally prepared after it.
Layla was very good instructor and went into detail which was easy to understand. I really found the course helpful
It was a really well prepared and organise course, it was really helpfull and it prepares us to help others on early prevention and to break the stigma
The course content was well presented and structured. The breakout sessions and case studies were useful and allowed each member of the group to discuss their thoughts and opinions. The link between the online learning materials, handbook and webinar with the page references was really useful to focus learning. The repetition of the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan throughout each module really helped to remember the different stages.
I really enjoyed the course, I felt as if I took alot from it and feel a lot more confident doing this new role. I feel this will help me as a person aswell as in my day to day life. I also felt very comfortable with my tutor Stephanie I thought she done a great job.

I thought the course was great. I personally enjoy classroom based more but appreciate it's not achievable at this time. Thank you
