Youth eMHFA Wales Reviews

The course was extremely informative and helpful. I found the modules interesting and the added bonus of having Alex and Sara going through the course material with the opportunity to ask questions. It was great to meet other members of staff giving their views and sharing their thoughts was insightful. I ordered the book online as I had difficulties in printing the material. I find it less stressful having the information to hand and not having to look at another screen for reference. I would defnitely recommend the course to colleagues. Brilliant job Alex and Sara conveying serious issues with sensitivity. Diolch yn fawr Hefina

Alexandra was an excellent instructor who delivered difficult content in a very professional manner. A good range of tasks and discussion which reinforced material in the self-guided modules.

Some of the transitions on the online training slides were very slow, and it did frustrate me a little. It would have been good if the scenarios were tailored to a HE setting over school. The students we interact with are adults and this does change the dynamic over school aged children. Overall it was a very good course.

Both Lynda and Jessica were concise and informative, and also provided a great platform for discussions . The videos were an excellent insight into the situations we were learning about. I have really enjoyed this course. Thank you to both Lynda and Jessica. Thank you so much. This will be a great asset in my work.

Very useful and enlightening, to get a better overall understanding of mental health issues.

I would prefer a discussion in the main group not in break out rooms. My personal prefernce also is not to ask many questions, for example "what is the A in ALGEE" and then wait for a responce before explaining what it is. An explanation straight away is fine, saves time and stops people losing focus
