I was very happy with the information given to myself, I personally believe it covered everything needed to understand the basics and more. The assessor was helpful if help was needed and the facility in Tring was overall good. My only negative comments was Exam conditions, Phones was going off which is a massive distraction. There should be a minimum notice that indicates all mobile phones to be switched off. Maybe I'm old school although this is the first training center that hasn't indicated the issue above. Please sort this as I must be one of many.

Very enjoyable course, made even more so due to Joga. I think I can speak for all attendees when I say he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Nothing was any trouble, no matter how small or big. Thank you Joga.

A very good and informative course. The instructor (Steve) mixed things up on a daily basis between desk work and practical work which ensured everyone remained fresh throughout the day.
