facilities at PTT were excellent. Clean, tidy and all practical's were well equip. Dorian's approach to delivery was perfect. As someone with a learning barrier he made me feel at ease, this kept my anxiety down which means i can take more information in. When i asked him to repeat something it was never an issue. The speed at which he delivered the topics was perfect along with the regular breaks, he has clearly thought about the different types of learner. Dorian made this course thoroughly enjoyable. On a different note. Prior to the course i sent PTT my dyslexia paperwork and was granted unlimited time. I spoke to Dorian about this, he said this wouldn't be a problem. Half way though the exam i spoke to Dorian and double check that my timer will just run over, he said yes. I really took my time with the questions knowing i had extended time. I finished with a hand full of flagged questions to go back over. I was half way through the flagged questions and the exam stopped. I didn't get my extra time. I called Dorian over and he looked shocked and apologised and said this shouldn't have happened. Fortunately i passed with by 95% but i might have done better had i been able to finish the flagged questions. I know this wasn't a mistake by Dorian but with someone else.
Dorian was great, he explained each module In great detail and helped with any questions we had. The course flowed at a good pace from start to finish. I would definitely return if Dorian was training us again.

I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful. It gave me a much better understanding of DC electrical installations, safe working, testing and the regulations involved. The practical work helped me bring everything together and I now feel much more confident using what I learned in my day to day role.
Overall the course was very informative without becoming overloaded with information. The course felt like it had good structure and was delivered well. It was explained why each part is relevant and how it relates to the telecommunication industry that I work in. I would highly recommend to anyone working with in the industry. I also feel as though I now have a better appreciation for DC and what it involves. All of the staff including the trainer Dorian were welcoming and very helpful.
Joga was an excellent trainer. His ability to convey and explain such a large amount of complex information in such a short time was just as impressive as his patience with us as a group. The training facilities were really good.
Didn't have much knowledge of telecoms before the course after I feel well informed and confident to take it into the real world
Dorian made the course enjoyable. He explained everything extremely well and helpful with anyone's questions throughout. The course was probably a bit too in depth for what I do but helpful nonetheless.
