Joga Bhogal is an very good at getting the information across to us. He was very attentive, take his time to make sure we understand all notes and step by step way of getting the job done properly( Safe). I couldnt ask for a better teacher. Many thanks to him and PTT

The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and engaging, relating to real life scenarios/ examples. My only negative (excuse the pun) on this course was the practical… Having only 1 PDU1 and 1 power supply meant that time soon disappeared when waiting to access the equipment. This had the unfortunate effect that we being the 3rd pair to access the PDU1 we were running out of time and rushed to complete which forced a couple of errors in documentation and equipment.

Course was easy going and relaxing. Not hurried and well informative. Stephen was a great tutor who led the course making it easier for me to digest overall

Dorien was down to earth and professional in delivering TEL003.

Very good course , taught in a very good and understandable manner, any questions even if I thought were stupid to ask were answered , would recommend PTT

Terrible unit to get to if travelling every day

The course was good , the trainer was knowledgeable and experienced and tough one cookie , I struggled at some points on the course , but felt I could of had a bit more support than someone of the other more experienced students, but it forced me to assert myself more which won the day .

Brilliant facilities, Dorian was Great ! Hope to come back for my 18th edition and test and inspect in the future. Enjoyable and informative couple of days and enjoyable course !!
