Very well presented course, easy to follow and plenty of support.
I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful. It gave me a much better understanding of DC electrical installations, safe working, testing and the regulations involved. The practical work helped me bring everything together and I now feel much more confident using what I learned in my day to day role.
Overall the course was very informative without becoming overloaded with information. The course felt like it had good structure and was delivered well. It was explained why each part is relevant and how it relates to the telecommunication industry that I work in. I would highly recommend to anyone working with in the industry. I also feel as though I now have a better appreciation for DC and what it involves. All of the staff including the trainer Dorian were welcoming and very helpful.
Joga was an excellent trainer. His ability to convey and explain such a large amount of complex information in such a short time was just as impressive as his patience with us as a group. The training facilities were really good.
Didn't have much knowledge of telecoms before the course after I feel well informed and confident to take it into the real world
Dorian made the course enjoyable. He explained everything extremely well and helpful with anyone's questions throughout. The course was probably a bit too in depth for what I do but helpful nonetheless.
