The course was good , the trainer was knowledgeable and experienced and tough one cookie , I struggled at some points on the course , but felt I could of had a bit more support than someone of the other more experienced students, but it forced me to assert myself more which won the day .

Brilliant facilities, Dorian was Great ! Hope to come back for my 18th edition and test and inspect in the future. Enjoyable and informative couple of days and enjoyable course !!

Going into the course completely green and I learnt a lot about ac/ dc electrics

There should have been more practical on our psu controllers and their configurations when removing and installing new batteries. The videos that were shown were poor as lot of what was happening was out of shot a lot of the time. The trainer was very good and knowledgeable and the facilities good.

I found the course to be very useful in regards to understanding DC electrical systems within the Telecoms Industry and found the practical element of the training very valuable. The trainer was very knowledgeable and the content was to a high standard.

Surprising how informative and relevant to our Job in telecoms it is. Suggest pushing this throughout VF field team especially for HP tasks requiring more standard electrical experience
