The course was great. Facilitators were engaging and kept course content interesting, and maintained a manageable load of information to take in.
Learning & Development play a very important role in assessing your own role and characteristics. Without taking a step out of your day to day role you forget to apply the helicopter view at times or most times whilst fire fighting. Great to have a guest speaker Amie especially as I could really relate to her personal circumstances but also because we had similar challenges in our day to day roles.
The case studies really help to bring things to life and help you connect it to things you do at work.

One of the better courses I've attended. The pace of the course was really good, it went quickly but I didn't feel like anything was rushed and nothing was too drawn out. The topic itself was really interesting and has made me reflect on how to make better use of judgement when making decisions
Challenging in a positive way and, as has been consistent with the previous course I attended, very thought provoking with ideas and actions I can take forward to support my development. Structure and order of the content really good and bringing it to the end objective on the 2nd session.
