Really insightful, lots of amazing take ways to review, my highlights were the group activities looking at how we can implement more ways to use or system 2 decision making.

Thoroughly enjoyed the guest speaker on the course. It really helped pull the theory in to perspective and give me ideas as to how I can implement positive changes to my judgement and decision making in my career.

Wasn’t able to attend first day, so didn’t get full benefit. But enjoyed guest speaker

The course allowed good judgement to be reviewed in both a theoretical and practical way with a high degree of discussion and commerciality. The host and the speaker brought the subject to life allowing good debate.

Liz was very knowledgeable and an excellent facilitator. I found the session to be interactive and engaging, especially the breakout rooms and subsequent conversations.

Really enjoyable and worthwhile time spend. The facilitator was brilliant, encouraged open and honest conversations and there was great participation by all in group exercises. The guest speaker was really good, a real inspiration.

This would have been one I might have skipped over as my role is generally this on a daily basis but for others I would say it is very beneficial

Another great course from Accelerate. Particularly liked the concept of the Spectrum of Consequence, I think this will be useful tool that will generate tangible outputs at work by challenging the way we do things, along with the concept of trilogy of answers.

Good course. Session 2 might have helped having some small break out rooms for scenarios to test our thinking and behaviour to put into place the content
