Thats a very nice course really made me realize some important skills that might help in my practice
Overall it was very engaging and thought provoking and allowed us time to get to know colleagues and understand problems in their roles
It was a good learning experience overall. Got to learn many new concepts and powerful communication tactics. It will be nice to have more life based/work atmosphere scenario videos next time(just a personal suggestion)
The course was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner
