Very useful course, would have been better if we had at least two speakers. In light of Pandemic, should have been more discussion/tips on telephonic communication.

I thought this course was excellent and we managed well despite being unable to meet in person. It was lovely to speak with other practitioners and share ideas and experiences. Laura is fantastic! She has such a calming presence. Would definitely recommend to other colleagues.
