Mark was a great trainer with a lot of insight into the topic. All of his examples of where he's come across change management were engaging and interesting to listen to.

Mark was very engaging and enthusiastic, got us all interacting in different ways. The tasks we did throughout the day he explained why they related to the topic and always allowed space for questions. I really liked how he linked the first question of what we want to learn at the end to at the end of the session seeing if we met the criteria. Great session and will be implementing this knowledge at work (and my personal life)
