Helen was excellent and knowledgeable. She demonstrated her credibility as a coach throughout the session. This was a good introduction to coaching skills for those new to it and a good reminder for more experienced colleagues.
i thought it was very useful and think others in the organisation should also attend so we can all be aware

Was shorter than expected as in my calendar booked out 3 hours but gave me good reassurance that the way I am managing my staff member is effective.
