About this course
This programme has been designed for those wishing to move into middle management or those wishing to make the upwards career move to towards senior or strategic leadership. The programme has a strong focus on developing the individual’s personal capabilities and competencies and raises their awareness of not only their own leadership but what they need to do to progress upwards. The programme is approximately 12 months and is a mix of face 2 face workshops and online learning blended with workplace development.
