Mark was a good trainer. Really clear. Easy to listen to. The only think that passed me by was the chart/graph that we had to use for the supermarket activity (i just find graphs hard to follow sometimes). Many thanks Adam

I completed the level 3 CMI management course with a different provider, this course is so much better! The PollEv is also a really good tool I've not seen before.

Really enjoyed today. I found it good to be sharing and discussion situations with people outside of my usual work base. Martyn was very knowledgeable, engaging and with a sense of humour I look forward to the next session
