good day

course quality was good, though struggled a little with breakout exercises, had to go over these a few times to get my head around what was being asked.

A really enjoyable day, I enjoyed the break out rooms and sharing with other people.

Great first day with lots of interaction in break out rooms.

Gwyn is a great trainer and builds rapport very well. flow and pace were good. I felt safe in Gwyn's hands and enjoyed talking to the other participants.

Enjoyed my intro session, was great to get started!
