Very enthusiastic trainer. There is a lot to do but Helen did well to make everyone feel secure. She offered loads of advice and support. She made herself available for trial runs

Technical issues were a big issue but Helen managed to keep the momentum and still delivered the content in a reasonable time

Very informative, great models and theories, feel motivated to complete the course.
