Practical reflection on leadership and management is a defining strength: attendees explore models, communication, equality, diversity, teams and project work through workplace examples, group discussions, breakout activities and polls. Well-structured sessions, varied materials and useful links to assignments help learners build confidence and apply ideas to their teams and everyday roles, although some find the content compact.
